Ha ha, i baked this on 30th oct and have had requests ever since, for the same roast chicken!!Did u add the wine?i did and my bread didn crisp as some did!
I did add the wine with the oil. The bread turned out crispy on the bottom and pretty mushy on top. We still ate a good portion of it (with the roasted garlic smashed on top as my chicken had no liver with it).
I loved this roast chicken, too. My bread turned out as yours did, but it was still delicious. Great photos!
